Artist Bio
Award winning contemporary painter whose work includes various subjects, including landscape and portraiture. A graduate of the Evolve online art program founded by Kevin Murphy. Michael has worked as an instructor and mentor with students online and in person.
From a young age, Michael always wanted to create art, finding early inspiration to draw after a childhood friend introduced him to his first comic book. And afterward, from the myriad of fantasy and science fiction books and magazines that he would read.
Michael’s work has been exhibited and sold locally at galleries in the Central Illinois area. His work has also been featured in several virtual online shows.
